I didn't realize it was autumn. I'm still wearing shorts.

For speech class, I have to get a well known speech. Then I have to write a paper on that speech. Then I have to deliever a speech on that speech.

This fucking school.


But, hey. I had this assignment for scene study. I had to spot a stranger, then write a monologue based on their character. I was going crazy looking for somebody, until I find this nerdy looking guy on the esplanade, talking on the phone. I sat down by a tree not far away, look at him and just took notes.


By the way. I saw this SUV that looked just like your dad’s. I thought it was his for a second. Yeah, you know. What was it, the X5?... Oh, I think this one was bigger… Well, it was the exact same color. It was colored like… an eggplant… Ha, ha, yeah. At midnight, it turns back into an eggplant…

By the way, while I was in Cambridge, I want to that MIT store… To get, like, a bag. Like a gift bag, for the party on Sunday. I found this perfect one, but it was too small… Yeah, I think Rose wears the same one… Exactly. They had a nice sweater, too—… Heh, heh, heh… No, I just wanted to check up on you… Well, good.
